草莓乳酪蛋糕

女兒終於開學了,開學前的兩個星期真的忙個不停,現在總算定下來,可以做蛋糕了.

女兒想吃草莓味蛋糕,便做了這個草莓乳酪蛋糕,今次做海綿蛋糕時,用了King Arthur的麵粉,這麵粉是幾個月前買的,那時見有網友討論這麵粉的優點,做出來的麵包比用普通麵粉的好很多,便好奇地買了一包來試試,但其實心想不會相差太遠吧...由於家裏的麵粉未用完,所以一直放在櫃子裏沒用,而今次用了King Arthur做出來的蛋糕,的確比以前做的更鬆軟,很有"海綿"的感覺,是我做海綿蛋糕以來,做得最滿意的一次,這才體會到網友所說的power of King Arthur flour.

where to buy the King Arthur ? it sounds good !I decided to make a cake for my friend 2 weeks later !

I bought it at Citysuper...but I can't find it there anymore...I can't find it at Great either...you may try Taste...it is what it looks like:

oh...one more thing...I bought it at CWB Citysuper but can't find at IFC...you may try CWB or TST.

I just try Taste today,they don't have , may be I will try CWB city super !
