湯種包

每次做湯種時,都會煮多一些的,因為份量太少很難煮,所以一般會分三份,今天是第二份的湯種包.

原本只想做火腿芝士包的,但女兒說想吃甜的,那麼便加些紅莓做紅莓包,通常做乾果麵包,乾果都是在打麵團時加入的,但今天的紅莓乾是後來加入麵團裏的,所以混得不太平均,包身也不夠圓滑,後來女兒又說想吃朱古力醬,所以又做了兩個朱古力醬包,原本是三個的,一個因為搓揉時弄破了,只好扔掉,火腿芝士包的芝士焗得像火山爆發那樣,流到焗盤上並有點焦,但沒影響麵包的味道,焗過的火腿很香又好吃,我也吃了兩個.
