Fruits Pound Cake

聖誕節前已想做這個蛋糕了,因為覺得有點像聖誕節常見的panettone,那是我們一家都很喜歡吃的,可惜沒時間,只好留到聖誕後才做.

原先的食譜是要先用白蘭地將果皮浸一晚的,但我攪不清那些酒才是白蘭地,所以沒有浸,反正女兒要吃,還是不浸酒的好.今次做的這個pound cake沒有上次做的那個原味的好,糕身爆得不夠,而且四邊有點焦,但味道還是不錯,可能因為蛋糕發得不夠,我覺得果皮是太多了,下次可以將份量減三份一,爐溫也要低一點,我有信心下次可以做得更好.
