Creme Brulee

昨天拿了本五星級蛋糕甜品出來看,這書是我初學做餅時買的,它令我對做餅,有更深入的了解,所我很喜歡這書.

看了一遍後,便決定做燉蛋,這甜品的材料很簡單,又不用花太多時間去做,一切都很順利,只是蛋面的脆糖效果,做得不太好,燉蛋很美味很滑,是個不錯的甜品.

個糖面太甜又唔夠脆,可能我唔識整la,個燉蛋唔太甜,好滑:)
你做咩咁大壓力呀?星期一果度?係咪真係預埋我呢?係ge話我都好大壓力呀!!!
