甜薯雪球曲奇

這個星期是孩子們的假期,既然手指皮膚良好,當然要趁這空檔做些食物,拿起長長的 to do list,看了又看,想起最近在超市看到有紫心番薯,便去了超市買了些回來做這雪球曲奇.

有好多食譜書都有雪球曲奇的食譜,但一般都是普通曲奇的淡黃色,而這個是加了紫心番薯在內的,顏色看來較漂亮,是跟自家製心思甜品的食譜來做,做法非常的容易,小朋友也能做,味道略淡了一點,可能因為番薯不夠甜,也好,少甜好過太甜,健康些嘛.
