Honey Sesame Pound Cake

雖然皮膚敏感已康復九成,但還是讓手指多點休息好了,看到這個pound cake可以全程用機做,便試試做起來.

這個蛋糕是跟餅房手記做的,原食譜是用poppy seed做的,但家裏沒有,所以改了用芝麻,這本書沒有說明模具的大小,我見相片中,做出來的蛋糕有兩個,所以將份量減半,剛好是一個,原食譜是焗35分鐘的,但我焗了一個小時才焗成,令蛋糕四邊有點焦,味道一般,我覺得用poppy seed會好些.

have you use your kitchen aid mixer ? I try to make pound cake before, don't know it take longer time to bake !
