豆腐慕絲夾芝麻燉蛋餅
很久沒有做過蛋糕了,這陣子也實在令人忙得透不過氣,今天沒事忙,便跑去學了這個餅.
不知是否天氣好,令人心情也變好,導師心情很好,同學們又友善,很難得,這餅很容易做,沒有太多的裝飾,課堂也沒有超時,而且味道很好,雪白的豆腐慕絲很滑,燉蛋的芝麻味很香,餅底酥鬆,是我吃過這教室的餅之中,最好味的三甲之一,今天實在覺得很愉快和滿意.
