女兒十分喜歡上次做的泡芙，答應她會再做給她吃，趁我還清楚記得步驟，便快快給她做了這些吉士忌廉泡芙．先做好忌廉吉士，這個很順利，沒發生什麼意外，只是略為有點不夠滑，是煮得過久吧...今次做泡芙的時候，非常的小心做，每個步驟都跟上次師傅教的一樣，蛋液分五次落，到第五次時應該會是稠糊狀的，但我落了所有蛋液後，一點都不稠，心裏不禁有點慌張起來，難道又再失敗??再仔細看看蛋糊，嗯...會不會是蛋液不夠?再加了半隻蛋的份量，只打多一會兒，便立即變稠了!!!終於成功了，最開心莫過於女兒，她吃了一個又一個，她已急不及待問我下次幾時會再做，答應她星期一做給她，讓她可以帶回學校和同學們分享．
